Google Algorithm changes will rank non mobile friendly sites lower as Apr.21/2015

GoogleMore Google changes are coming and this means two things for your website ranking; great news if you have an app because you’ll rank higher, and bad news if you’ve not yet ensured your website is mobile friendly because that means you will rank lower.

Have you tested your website to see if it’s mobile-friendly? If not, I blogged about how to test your website on Feb.28th the day after Google’s announcement hit the airwaves and hoping people heeded my advice because tomorrow is big day Google rolls out the changes and if you’ve not made your website mobile-friendly chances are your competition will be scooping your leads.

If your website is older than a few years, chances are it’s time to rebuild for many reasons. If your website was built in the last few years, chances are it’s responsive, however being mobile-friendly is about much more than responsive web design, and given the popularity of surfing websites with one’s phone it can’t be ignored. This is good for people, and Google as usual is putting users first! We need to also!

Curious to know if your website is mobile friendly? Here’s how you can tell…
